What does it mean when a chakra is backwards?

Every once in awhile someone will have a chakra going backwards. Some people chuckle and others ask what that means. Some people think of it as a great concern. Some people immediately get worried.

RELAX! Having a backwards chakra is not a bad thing. The way I look at it is that at least it has energy flow and it’s not blocked. If it were blocked, we would have a problem.

When chakras are blocked for a long time and the balancing process begins, there are times when a chakra may start going backwards when the energy flow is first released. It doesn’t know which way to go but at least it’s spinning – regardless of which way it is going.

It can symbolize several things if there is not a balance in process. When a chakra starts out backwards, it can mean that perhaps you feel like you are going backwards in life if your sacral chakra is backwards. Maybe you feel that in your career, you are going backwards. If it is the throat chakra going backwards, it may be that everything you say is backwards. You mean one thing but say something else. There can be many, many meanings depending on if more than one is going backwards, which chakra is going backwards, personal energy, etc.

If you start with a blocked chakra, it may start going backwards during balancing – especially if it has been blocked a long time. This is a good thing. I balance each chakra twice during a One Hour Chakra Balance and sometimes after the 1st balance when I check the chakra, it may go from being blocked to backwards. This means it has opened but is just going the wrong way. After energy manipulation and a second balance, the chakra will usually be wide open.

See? A backwards chakra is not a bad thing – it’s just confused and is a way that it communicates.
